I will try and make this website a glimpse of what journaling for me is like. Many things have happened too numerous to name and go back to but I will start with what moved me today. It was hearing a little bit on the death of Tony Snow. In today's world where not many newsreporters stand out is Tony Snow who stands out as a man of integrity. He has always seemed like an honest, thoughtful, intelligent newsperson who loved his family, country and believed in God. The way he presented himself and the White House, the President and his job conveyed what is good in a human being. I never saw him disrespect anyone he talked to and seemed like a what you see is what you get kind of person. It saddened me to hear the disrespect shown by some people for this man but that unfortunately is the world we live in. In a world where a marine home from Iraq is shot for a few measly dollars what else can we expect. I hope all of us will take the time to remember to pray for our nation, our leaders as well as for our families. It is time to wake up America and it begins with us on our knees to God in prayer.
